  • Your booking cannot be cancelled, refunded or moved.
  • Your reservation and your code are only valid within the booked parking period.
  • Use the "Voucher" keypad on the entrance ticket vending machine to enter your personal parking code. Your parking code can be found on your voucher after you have made your purchase.
  • The entrance ticket vending machine will issue a ticket; this ticket will remain valid for multiple car park entries and exits during your booking period.
  • If you do not know your car registration number (i.e. hire car), please enter "unknown".
  • A parking duration can be extended (later car park departure) at any time at the automatic pay stations. Please do this before exiting the car park; it is not possible to make a payment at the exit.
  • There is direct access to the shuttle train station from the car park. The shuttle service to Zermatt operates every 20 minutes daily between 6.00 and 22.00 hrs (from Thursday to Sunday: 24-hour operation).

The car park has 24-hour operation.

Parking charges can be paid at the automatic pay stations which are sited at various locations.

Further information is available at the car parking counters in the terminal hall which are open daily from 07.00 to 19.00 hrs.

What do I need to do with my car park voucher?

You must have your voucher with you when you arrive. Please enter your parking code at the entrance ticket vending machines.

How do I use my parking code?

  • Use the "Voucher" keypad on the entrance ticket vending machine to enter your personal parking code. Your parking code can be found on your voucher.
  • The entrance ticket vending machine will issue a ticket; the issued ticket will remain valid for multiple car park entries and exits during your booking period.
  • If entering the car park several times during your booking period, do not request a new ticket. Simply insert your ticket to be read again by the machine.
  • We recommend that you leave your ticket in the car. You will then always have it to hand.
  • If you have not used your code to request a ticket at the car park entrance, you can convert the ticket later at any of the automatic pay stations using the "Voucher" function and your personal parking code. There is no option to re-code a ticket at the exit barrier!

Where should I park inside the car park? Has a specific space been reserved for me?

You are free to park on any available space inside the car park. No specific space has been reserved for you. The car park is always open.

Can I change, cancel or re-schedule my booking?

Your booking cannot be cancelled or refunded. The booking is valid for the entered car registration number; shifting the booking period is unfortunately not possible. The reservation and the code are only valid within the booked parking period.

When making your booking, you have the option to take out cancellation costs insurance. The terms and conditions of the cancellation costs insurance are given here.

What should I do if I wish to park for longer than I booked?

If you have parked for longer than you booked, you must extend your ticket at any of the automatic pay stations and pay the outstanding amount before you leave the car park. Please note that it is not possible to make a payment at the exit barrier.

What happens to my booking if I arrive late?

No refund will be offered if you arrive too late. Your reservation and parking code will remain valid within the booked period. You will be able to use your parking code and enter the car park during the entire booked period.

What do I need to do if I arrive earlier than I booked?

You will not be able to use your parking code to enter the car park if you arrive too early. Simply take a ticket from the ticket vending machine at the entrance. After the commencement of your booked period you will be able to re-code your ticket at any of the automatic pay stations; you can pay for the additional days at the automatic pay stations.

What do I need to do if I park for longer than I booked?

If you park for longer than you booked, simply extend your ticket at any of the automatic pay stations and pay the outstanding amount before leaving the car park.

Will I receive a partial refund if I depart earlier?

No refunds will be given if you depart early.

What do I need to do if my stay is rescheduled for different dates, but the total number of days remains unchanged?

(For example, you will be arriving 2 days later, but also staying for 2 days longer than booked) No reimbursement will be paid, nor can any amount be credited in the event that the car park usage period is shifted.

I have lost my parking ticket. What should I do?

Lost tickets can only be replaced upon presentation of the voucher. You can print your voucher at any time from your account at www.mgbahn.ch

I do not have the voucher with me. Can I still enter the car park?

If you do not have your parking code to hand, please request a ticket using the push button on the entrance ticket vending machine. You can convert the ticket later at the automatic pay stations by using the "Voucher" function and your personal parking code.

The voucher containing your parking code can be printed from your account at any time, including after your booking. The converted ticket will remain valid for multiple car park entries and exits during the booking period. If entering the car park several times during your booking period, do not request a new ticket. Simply insert your ticket to be read again by the machine.
